How long does it take?

Personalised songs are delivered within 3–5 days.
Video clip packages are delivered within 5–7 days.
Expedited orders can be arranged for an additional fee when available.

How long will my song be?

Our personalised songs are typically between 3 and 4 minutes in length — long enough to tell a full story and feel like a real, complete song.

Will my song sound professional?

Can I hear samples before I order?

Yes! You can listen to examples of our songs on our website and across our social media pages (TikTok, Instagram and Facebook). This will give you a great feel for the style and quality of what we create.

Will anyone else receive the same song as me?

Never. Every single song is created specifically for your order. Your story, your lyrics, your song — it will never be replicated or given to anyone else.

Can I request changes?

Yes. You’ll receive a draft to review, with one round of revisions included. This allows you to refine the genre, adjust sections of the lyrics, or request small changes so your story/song feels exactly right.

How do I send my story?

Simply fill in the story questionnaire, then proceed through the checkout. Your answers guide our team in crafting your personalised song or video. 

How will I receive my song?

All songs and videos are delivered digitally via email with a secure download link. You can save, share, or play your files anywhere.

What devices can I play my song on?

MP3 files play on virtually any device — iPhones, Samsung phones, computers, smart speakers, tablets, and more. We also include a handy step-by-step guide on how to save your song and add it to Apple Music or iTunes.

Can I share my song on social media?

Yes! You're welcome to share your personalised song privately or on your own personal social media. We'd love it if you tagged us — it genuinely means the world to us and helps other people discover the service.

Can I use the song commercially?

No. These songs are created to capture personal moments and are licensed for personal use only.

What style or genre can I choose?

You can request any style you like; acoustic, pop, rock, R&B, jazz, broadway/musical, rap, country, or something unique. We tailor the sound to match your story and the emotion you want to express.

What if I’m not sure what to write in the questionnaire?

Even a few sentences are enough. Our guided prompts help you share the key memories, moments, and feelings that matter most.

Can I order this as a surprise gift?

Yes. Many customers do. Everything is kept discreet, and we only contact the recipient if you ask us to.

Do you work with customers outside Australia?

Yes. All products are delivered digitally, so we create songs and videos for customers worldwide.

What do you need for a video clip?

You’ll be asked to upload your favourite photo of the main recipient. We combine them with your personalised song to create a meaningful keepsake.

How much does a personalised song cost?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as [PayPal / other payment methods]. Payment is required at the time of ordering.

Do you offer refunds?

Because every song is custom-made for each order, we are unable to offer refunds once production has begun. However, if you are unhappy with your song for any reason, please contact us and we'll do our very best to make it right. Your satisfaction is important to us.
