Overview
Because all of our products are custom‑made digital creations, we cannot offer refunds once work has begun.

Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:

• Work has not yet started, and
• You contact us immediately after placing your order.

Once your story questionnaire is submitted or production has begun, the order becomes non‑refundable.

Revisions
Each order includes one round of revisions to ensure your song or video feels right. Additional revisions can be arranged for an extra fee.

Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your digital files, we will resend them at no cost. Please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Technical Problems
If you experience issues opening or downloading your files, we will assist you to ensure successful delivery.
