We are a digital‑only business. All products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse any project that includes unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at checkout before work begins. Production starts as soon as your story questionnaire is submitted.
Because each product is custom‑made, orders become non‑refundable once work has begun.
Digital Delivery
Delivery Method
Your personalised song or video will be delivered via:

Files are provided in standard formats (MP3/WAV for songs, MP4 for videos).
Delivery Timeframes
- Personalised songs: 3–5 days
- Video clip packages: 5–7 days
- Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on complexity, workload, or peak periods.
File Access
We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly. Download links may expire after a set period for security reasons.
Incorrect Email Address
If you entered the wrong email address at checkout, contact us as soon as possible so we can update your details and resend your files.
No Physical Shipping
As a digital‑only business, we do not offer physical shipping, tracking numbers, or postal delivery.
Revisions
Each order includes one round of revisions for lyrics or minor production adjustments. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
Personal Use Licence
Your personalised song or video is for personal use only. You may not use it commercially, publicly distribute it, or monetise it without written permission from us.
Prohibited Conduct
